We begin by getting acquainted, which is why we provide a no-obligation meeting, either in-person or online. This will give us the opportunity to discuss the project, grasp the client's expectations, and define the desired interior style.
Valuation and estimate costs
Following a preliminary discussion with the client to develop a tailored action plan and budget, we create a detailed cost estimate for the design services as well as an implementation estimate. Our proposal is segmented into stages, allowing the client to select the options that are essential and advantageous for you.
Technical drawings
Following an in-depth discussion with the client regarding their specific requirements and preferences, we take the time to create a comprehensive functional plan. This meticulously crafted plan encompasses various aspects, including the redesign of the existing layout and the strategic relocation of rooms. Additionally, it details the proposed arrangement of furniture throughout the space, ensuring that both functionality and aesthetics are thoughtfully considered and tailored to the client's vision.

At this point in the project, we are focused on compiling comprehensive technical documentation intended for our subcontractors. This design book serves as a crucial resource and includes a variety of essential components, such as detailed views of the walls, projections that illustrate the layout, and a thorough inventory of the materials and equipment that will be utilized throughout the project. Additionally, it features a list of suppliers who will provide the necessary resources, ensuring that everyone involved has access to clear and precise information for successful execution.
Implementation
Project supervision ensures that every stage of the implementation is carried out according to the approved design and technical documentation. We coordinate renovation and construction works, monitor the quality and progress of execution, support contractors by clarifying technical details, and oversee the ordering of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, well-organized process and a final result that accurately reflects the original design concept.
